This Privacy Policy explains how Steven Edisis (“Steven,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information through stevenedisis.com (the “Site”). Steven is an entrepreneur, speaker, and the Founder and CEO of Dynamic Capital. The Site is his personal website for speaking engagements, courses, business funding resources, and media inquiries. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
Information you give us. When you fill out our contact form (which is also used for speaking requests) or email us directly, we collect what you provide, such as:
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, the pages you request, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the Site running and secure.
The Site does not use analytics tools, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels.

Our contact form includes two optional checkboxes for text messages. Checking them is never required to contact us, book Steven, or use the Site.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the categories of sharing described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only in these situations:
The Site links to websites we do not control. Business funding applications are handled by Dynamic Capital at dynamiccap.com and funding.dynamiccap.com, and our free training is delivered through start.stevenedisis.com. Information you give on those websites is governed by their own privacy policies, so please review them before you share anything there.
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email Steven@stevenedisis.com and we will respond within a reasonable time, and as required by law.
California residents may request to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, and to have it corrected or deleted, without being treated differently for making a request. We do not sell or share personal information for cross context behavioral advertising.
Visitors in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom may also object to or restrict certain processing and request a copy of their data. We process your information to respond to the requests you send us, with your consent where required, and for our legitimate interest in operating the Site.
We keep personal information only as long as we need it to respond to you, manage our relationship with you, and meet legal or record keeping requirements. We then delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Site is meant for business owners and professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
